She's also served as a mentor with the Toronto Business Development Centre, guiding startups in marketing and growth. Tracey is passionate about empowering women to build brands that convert, connect, and inspire.

Jean Kabongo is a seasoned financial expert and entrepreneur with a passion for empowering others. A licensed mortgage broker and co-founder of The Dream Space Venue & Rentals, Jean brings years of experience in business, finance, and customer service. He also serves as a motivational speaker and coach, helping individuals unlock their potential and build financial confidence. Maame De-Heer is a dynamic leader with a strong foundation in public health policy, strategic leadership, and nonprofit development. As a Policy Analyst at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada and an Instructor at Brock University, Maame brings a wealth of knowledge in navigating complex policy landscapes and guiding others with clarity and purpose. She has served as the Executive Director of Power of Love Foundation Canada for over five years, where she has successfully secured funding for community-based initiatives and mentored other leaders through the process of grant writing and organizational development. Her expertise in securing and managing funding has positioned her as a trusted voice in nonprofit leadership.
